How can I get some info on "Muddy" for Kilpatrick?
1 of 6: Kilpatrick basically tells you exactly where to go, so do what he says.
2 of 6: The apartment you're looking for is directly across from your Haven.
3 of 6: You can lockpick it, or if you are unskilled, there is a key in the plant nearby.
4 of 6: To get the information you are looking for, just play the answering machine.
5 of 6: Go back to Kilpatrick, and tell him what you found out. Remind him to pay you for $150.
6 of 6: Note that this quest will continue as "Mudd Hunt" which follows the "Carnival of Death" quest, investigating the murder on the Pier, so do that quest to complete "Mudd Hunt".
