Vampire the Masquerade: Bloodlines Hints
Where can I find the Ankharan Sarcophagus in the Giovanni crypts?
of 9: This area is actually pretty straightforward.
of 9: Basically, just kill lots of zombies, and keep moving forward.
of 9: If it seems impossible to move forward near the beginning, kill more zombies, and eventually one will bust through a wall and open your way. Note that in a crypt to the right of where this happens, you can find the Saulocept, one of the secret items in the game.
of 9: You just need to keep looking for more ramps down. Eventually you'll get to a long, circular area. Be careful of falling down below here. If you do, you'll have to hack your way through zombies and make your way to the end where there is a secret door leading back up.
of 9: Generally, if you can't open a door in this area, just kill any zombies nearby and it will open up. Eventually you will come to a T-junction. Go around to the side until you find a door. Go through it to the end of this area.
of 9: Keep going forward to (at last!) find the Sarcophagus. You will be stopped by two Kuei-Jin brothers -- you might remember Ming Xiao mentioning them earlier, in passing.
of 9: You'll have to kill them to get the Sarcophagus. Fortunately, these guys are probably the easiest boss(es) in the game, as long as you are halfway decent in melee or ranged.
of 9: Just stay on the wall going around the top of the room, and wait for them to teleport up. Concentrate your attacks on the Claw Brother first, as he can deal aggravated damage. Neither of them take a huge amount of beating to go down. If you catch them with an attack while they are charging you, they won't even hit you, and they rarely attack at the same time. If you do it well, you shouldn't have to use any disciplines or blood packs.
of 9: Once they are dead, you finally bring the sarcophagus back to the prince, and start the somewhat annoying combat-only part of the game (a.k.a, the Endgame).
