Should I help the Tremere Regent or the Anarchs with the disease carrier?
1 of 2: You can work for both of them, so you may as well.
2 of 2: There's no reason not to. Damsel at the Last Round will give you the quest to kill the Plaguebearers, as will the Tremere Regent. You'll get your real reward from the Regent though, so be sure to get it from him.
