How can I deal with Boris for Venus?

  • 1 of 9: After getting the quest, head to the Empire Hotel, and go up to the sixth floor.
  • 2 of 9: Go through the door on the right, and head down the hall.
  • 3 of 9: If you have high Lockpicking, you can pick the maintenance door on the left, enter the ventilation shafts, and crawl through them past the enemies in here. Otherwise, go down the hall, through the open door.
  • 4 of 9: Kill the three thugs in there, and continue. You'll eventually get to a room with a guy guarding it.
  • 5 of 9: Talk to him. If you have any social feats or disciplines it's easy to get him to let you in, but if not, just kill him.
  • 6 of 9: Now you'll run into Boris. With a little Persuasion, you can get him to dismiss the bodyguard by telling him it's very private business.
  • 7 of 9: If you want, you can get Boris to give you a counter-offer, which entails you going back to Club Confessions and killing Venus instead. It's not really a good idea, though. You lose Humanity, and although you get $1000 immediately, you will make a lot more money from Venus over time if you let her live.
  • 8 of 9: So, the best idea is to kill Boris. You'll get some XP, and you can grab the money off the file cabinet.
  • 9 of 9: Go back and tell Venus he's dead. She'll make you a partner in the Club. Come back every time you complete a major quest to get $250. (I think you only get $80 after the Elizabeth Dane, though.)
