1 of 4: There is one non-quest-related thing that happens.
2 of 4: Once you have met Isaac, a girl who apparently knows you from when you were alive will track you down.
3 of 4: The best idea is to get rid of her. You can Persuade/Intimidate her to go away by just denying that you know her at all, or you can use Dementation, and convince her that you are her childhood pet turtle. Tell her it's like being a walking house that eats lettuce.
4 of 4: If you don't get rid of her, she will go call people on the phone causing a Masquerade Violation, and she will follow you around until you leave the area, causing more Masquerade Violations if you do vampirey things with her around. If you get rid of her, you will get Masquerade Redemption.
