How can I find the eyes for the owner of the White Cloud?
1 of 4: Note that the White Cloud only opens after you've completed a few of the main quests in Chinatown.
2 of 4: Go where the owner instructs you to. There is a locked door behind the Ramen Shop. Pick it, and go in.
3 of 4: There are a couple of thugs in here. Dispatch them, and check the freezer.
4 of 4: Grab the eyes from the ground, and bring them back to the guy at the White Cloud for a reward, and a chance at another quest.
