How can I plant the bad luck talisman for the guy at the White Cloud?
1 of 5: Go to the Lotus Blossom as he tells you. There are stairs heading straight down to the area you are looking for on the side of the building, outside.
2 of 5: Here, the locker you are looking for is pretty obvious.
3 of 5: It's on the far side of the second row of lockers. Open it, and put the charm in.
4 of 5: The locker's owner will show up. If you are Malkavian, you can use Dementation to get him to go back, but you actually get LESS experience in exchange for your bloodpoints, so you may as well just slaughter him.
5 of 5: Head back to Mr. Ox. He will be happy if you killed him, a little annoyed if he's still alive. That's all you can do for him.
