How do I follow the homeless for another lead?
1 of 7: Talk to the local bums. There is one whom you can talk with, who randomly wanders the streets near the Last Round. Find him and talk to him.
2 of 7: Either pay him, or Persuade him to tell you that Tin Can Bill recently became sick.
3 of 7: Go find Bill in the alley across from the Last Round.
4 of 7: Talk to him, and learn his story, he will die right after telling it to you.
5 of 7: Continue down the alley, and head into the special section of the sewers.
6 of 7: Pick the lock on the door in front of you, and go forward. You will eventually have to drop down into a large open area. Head forward all the way to encounter Brother Kanker.
7 of 7: He is a lot tougher than Jezebel, dealing aggravated damage, but he's still not terribly difficult. Use your disciplines well, and don't try to stand toe to toe with him for too long, as he will hit you eventually.
