Where does the flyer send me?
1 of 9: Head downtown, and go to the area where you can find the Tremere Regent. You'll see the same skull pattern from the flyer on the walls.
2 of 9: Head to the end of the street, and around into the building. Show the flyer to the guy behind the screen to be let in to the cult.
3 of 9: Inside, you will run into a frightened girl. You can feed on her if you need it badly.
4 of 9: Head up the stairs, and run into hordes of zombies, fun! They come apart pretty easily if you hit their head, just try not to let the surround you.
5 of 9: Keep going down the hall way, into another hallway, down a hole, and down another hallway until you finally read a double door. The boss of this quest is through there.
6 of 9: Open the door, and talk to Bishop Vick. He'll attack you no matter what, and he will be the toughest boss you've fought so far.
7 of 9: He's mostly tough because he has Celerity 4, and uses a shotgun. If you have Celerity yourself, this battle will be a lot easier, but if not, you'll have to maneuver Vick into corners, and beat on him -- it's pretty impractical to do this with ranged weapons due to how fast he moves. Fortunately, while you're beating on him, he can't shoot.
8 of 9: If you start getting badly hurt, you can feed on the zombies wandering around, but be wary, they will sometimes cause you to vomit up blood for a very long while, leaving you totally exposed. It's best to do a quicksave before you feed on one, just in case.
9 of 9: Once you finally beat Vick, you will be teleported out. Report back to the Regent for either $500 or an item that doubles Bloodbuuf duration (I recommend the item). Then go back to Damsel to finally end the last quest involving the Plaguebearers, and nab some Masquerade Redemption as well.
