Obfuscate
1 of 2: It's an effective invisibility discipline, which gets more and more effective as the game goes on. Once you get to level five (which every clan that has it should, eventually) you can creep through basically anywhere in the game except one area at the end.
2 of 2: At level 1, it is fairly useless, as you're only invisible when sitting still, so you should get it up to level 2 as fast as possible, especially if you are a Nosferatu. Once you get it to and above level 3, you will start getting damage bonuses out of it. You will also be able to stealth-kill and run while Obfuscated, which makes the game absurdly easy in some areas that would otherwise be quite challenging. Both clans that have it should get it, and Nosferatu should get it up to level 5 before anything else.
