Lockpicking
1 of 2: A very useful feat for anyone, but particularly stealthy people. You'll want to increase Security more than Dexterity if you are going for this, since you can always Bloodbuff Dexterity up to 5 if you need more skill.
2 of 2: There is one Security book in the game, in the Museum, but it's rather hard to get, so you'll be putting a bunch of XP in order to get this to a high level. You can get a lot of nice goodies with a high lockpick level, though, and having at least 8 without Bloodbuff is the only way to get all the posters for your Haven, if you like that kind of thing. It generally makes everything easier -- you should get at least a little.
