1 of 2: The least useful of all the social feats, as there is no lack of money in the game, and you get a free point in it anyway, which is more than you need. The price changes aren't all that drastic, even at high levels, and I only noticed one additional dialogue option given by it.
2 of 2: XP is better spent elsewhere, as you will have no problem paying for everything you need once you get into the swing of the game.
