Seduction
1 of 2: This is an... interesting feat. The developers decided to make Females able to Seduce almost all of the important characters in the game (yeah, women too), while Males can only Seduce main characters or girl in clubs.
2 of 2: Basically, it's useless for Males except in one or two situations where it can breeze you through a puzzle and is mostly used for entertainment value. Females can use it frequently to get what they need, but it's still not as useful for actually solving problems as Persuasion is. Get this if it fits your character type, I guess, but it's kind of expensive XP-wise.
