1 of 4: Go to Santa Monica as Lacroix instructs you to.
2 of 4: Where to go next is pretty obvious.
3 of 4: Head to the beach, and talk to Mercurio (if you got the painkillers for him, at least).
4 of 4: Then wade out into the water, and jump onto the boat to load up the Elizabeth Dane area.
