The Elder Scrolls III: Bloodmoon Hints
Siege of Castle Karstaag
of 8: Your third dream-quest from Hircine is to go to Castle Karstaag and end the Riekling rebellion so it won't "distract" Karstaag from Hircine's precious hunt.
of 8: When you reach the castle (near the NW end of the Solstheim Map), you'll find the front gate open, allowing easy access to the Throne Room area.
of 8: You'll soon come across Dulk, who'll tell you what needs to be done here to end the siege.
of 8: Travel from the Throne Room to the Banquet Hall and then (after killing the rebellious Rieklings) to the Caverns of Karstaag.
of 8: TIP: As in the previous two quests, you can rest somewhere safe until you transform back to make things easier, though that's not nearly so important to do in this quest -- it mainly helps in the looting of the castle once you're through killing things.
of 8: In the caverns, you need to find and kill eight Deadly Grahl and the rebellion's leader, Krish.
of 8: Once they're all down, you'll get a journal entry saying Hircine will be pleased.
of 8: Now it's just a matter of waiting for the reward of a new power called "Hunter's Wind" that can be used once a day (in non-wolf form) to restore 1,000 hit points. Wow! That's going to be *very* useful in the next quest.
