The Elder Scrolls III: Bloodmoon Hints
Supply Route Problems
of 9: Falco's next assignment has to do with Baro Egnatius, the captain of the new supply ship, demanding extra payment to do his job.
of 9: Talk to Baro at the docks about "extra payment" and "Elberoth," then report back to Falco. (If you can't find Baro, look for him under the dock structure.)
of 9: Falco suggests trying to exploit the connection between Baro and Elberoth (the now-dead captain of the first supply ship).
of 9: BUG NOTE: If you left Apronia at the shipwreck earlier, don't talk to Falco about "Elberoth" until you've gone and talked to her. The game would glitch and think you had Elberoth's saber when you didn't, thereby making it impossible to get (unless you press ~ for the console and type: player->additem "steel saber_elberoth" 1).
of 9: Talk to Apronia about Elberoth and his saber to get the thing.
of 9: Falco then suggests using the saber to intimidate Baro.
of 9: To do that, equip the saber and go into fight mode before talking to Baro.
of 9: He'll notice the saber is Elberoth's. You can then trick him into thinking you killed the "mighty" Elberoth yourself, and he'll turn cowardly and agree to go back to work without the extra payment.
of 9: Report back to Falco to get $1,000 and finish the quest.
