The Factor's Estate

  • 1 of 10: This quest is only available after you finish either Falco's or Carnius' quest series and have the rank of Factor in the EEC.
  • 2 of 10: NOTE: Even when you get this quest, you may not get a quest entry in the journal for it.
  • 3 of 10: Several days after you complete the last quest in whatever guy's quest series you did, talk to Falco (if you did his quests) or Constans Atrius (if you did Carnius' quests) about "assignment" and "estate" to get this quest started.
  • 4 of 10: You'll be referred to Aldam Berendus, who's now standing outside near the colony's mine entrance.
  • 5 of 10: Talk to him about "estate" to learn that he's planted large torches at three different possible sites for your new estate.
  • 6 of 10: The three sites are:

    * halfway between Sabinus Oranius' House and Gidar Verothan's House
    * south of Gratian Caerellius' House and the Vacant House
    * north of Gratian Caerellius' House
  • 7 of 10: It really doesn't matter which site you choose. You'll get the exact same estate building in any case, just in a slightly different location.
  • 8 of 10: When you're ready to choose, talk to Aldam again and have him follow you to the torch at the site you want.
  • 9 of 10: Talk to him once more and say you're really sure, then go somewhere else for a few days.
  • 10 of 10: When you get a journal entry saying your estate is finished, go check it out. You're a real Prime Factor now!
