The Elder Scrolls III: Bloodmoon Hints
Establish the Mine
of 12: Carnius Magius gives you this quest when you talk to him about "assignment" after signing up with the East Empire Company.
of 12: Your first job is to escort the three guys who're waiting around at the docks to Raven Rock.
of 12: Go to the docks and talk to Gidar Verothan to get him and his two companions to join up with you.
of 12: Then go talk to the Argonian who's offering boat services and choose to sail to Raven Rock.
of 12: When you arrive, head a bit north and then east to find Falco Galenus, the guy you're supposed to report to.
of 12: NOTE: Falco is just a tiny bit south of the ebony-encrusted Raven Rock (location 29 on the Solstheim Map).
of 12: After you drop the miners off, talk to Falco about "assignment."
of 12: He'll give you an ebony ore piece and ask you to get four more and deliver them all to Carnius back at the fort.
of 12: So look around the Raven Rock and find yourself some raven-black ore. There should be at least four pieces total in all the little ebony-encrusted rocks.
of 12: Return to the fort and talk to Carnius to hand over the ebony and get $100 and an EEC Stock Certificate.
of 12: Ask Carnius about the stock certificate a couple of times to get some options.
of 12: If you check its value, you'll see that it's currently worth only $100. Unless you're totally desperate for money right now, keep the certificate and check its value after every EEC faction quest you complete. It'll go up, up, up! (At least for awhile.)
