The Elder Scrolls III: Bloodmoon Hints
The Missing Missionary
of 14: Talk to Jeleen, who's on the first floor of Fort Frostmoth's Imperial Cult Shrine area, about "important Cult matter" to get started on this quest.
of 14: He wants you to go find a missing missionary named Mirisa.
of 14: He said she was heading up to Lake Fjalding, so who could she be a missionary to up there?
of 14: You don't suppose she tried preaching against the evils of drinking in the Thirsk mead hall, do you?
of 14: Well, she did!
of 14: No matter who you ask in Thirsk about "Mirisa never returned," you'll be pointed to Erich the Unworthy as being responsible.
of 14: NOTE: If you talk to Brynjolfr in his little hut outside, he'll give you the most explicit info on what's happened to Mirisa.
of 14: Talking to Erich does no good, so take him out.
of 14: Even though he's an official clan brother, no one will mind if you kill him. You don't even have to taunt him into taking the first swing.
of 14: Or you could just wait until you're on the main quest entitled "The Skaal Test of Strength." If you come back after that quest starts, you'll find the place a mess and Erich will be dead.
of 14: Once Erich's dead, get the key off his body and go unlock his room upstairs.
of 14: Mirisa is in his room, and is eager to leave the heathens to their drink.
