The Elder Scrolls III: Bloodmoon Hints
What kind of character should I play Bloodmoon with?
1 of 5: The experienced kind.
2 of 5: As the game manual warns you, you won't be able to finish all of Bloodmoon's quests unless you have a very advanced character. The same was true of Tribunal, so if you've played through it, you'll have a good idea of what I mean.
3 of 5: I recommend playing through Bloodmoon with a character who's at least level 50 and has several great artifacts for weapons and armor. If you lack such things, check out my "General Tips and Information" section in the main UHS Morrowind hint file, particularly the "Character Development Tips" part.
4 of 5: Also, if you have a saved game with a character who's finished both Morrowind's and Tribunal's main quest lines, you're sure to have a winner there! (You'll have Keening, Trueflame, King's Oath, and all sorts of other superb goodies.)
5 of 5: NOTE: Even if you're a total beginner, you might want to sail to Solstheim long enough to sneak up to Thirsk and raid its hollow treestump of its supercool treasure.
