Chameleon
Chameleon is a great effect to have during combat, especially if your total is 80% or more. Few enemies can see you well enough to attack and chase you consistently. Unfortunately, there are precious few premade constant effect Chameleon items, but at least it's a cheaper spell than some (like Reflect) to put on your own custom-made constant effect items. Until you're able to do that, get the Amulet of Shadows from the main Morrowind game to tide you over.
