What am I supposed to do outside of Vernon's apartment?
1 of 4: The only exit down to the street is from the kitchen fire exit that the killer went through.
2 of 4: Go down the ladder to street level, and explore the area. You have a fairly bounded area to explore. Do not return to Nico's apartment yet.
3 of 4: There are several people with whom you can talk. Keep in mind that you may have to talk to some people more than once, after you gain clues from other conversations.
4 of 4: When you have exhausted all topics of conversation, with all of the people, you will know it. A cut-scene will bring a very abrupt ending to this stage of the game. Now, back to George, still in the Congo.
