Where is the safe, and how can I open it?
1 of 7: The safe is hidden inside Vernon's apartment, but not that well.
2 of 7: Look under the rug in the doorway between the kitchen and living room.
3 of 7: Lift the loose floorboard.
4 of 7: You'll need to learn a bit about Vernon before you can open the safe.
5 of 7: Since Vernon's memory wasn't good, he most likely used some number he was familiar with as the combination for the safe.
6 of 7: You must first talk to Beatrice to get more information.
7 of 7: Once you have talked with her, Nico will have enough information to open the safe. Go back to the safe and select Beatrice from Nico's inventory to open the safe. Make sure to take the contents from the safe.
