I can't get George to attack Flap in time.
1 of 2: Be ready with the action button ("S" key) while George and Nico are still creeping into the room.
2 of 2: Press the button as quickly as possible -- as soon as you see the action buttons appear in the lower right corner of the screen. After a couple of tries, you should be able to time it right.
