What is Nico supposed to do here?
1 of 9: First, it looks like someone's been in Nico's apartment; the place has been ransacked. Someone is clearly looking for something. Watch the cut-scene, and listen to the conversation. Something is said about the old theatre.
2 of 9: Nico is looking for any information that might tell where Susarro and Petra have gone. The best place to look is in Susarro's office at the old theatre.
3 of 9: Susarro's office is in the sub-basement.
4 of 9: You won't be able to go through the door to the sub-basement, you'll need to use another way in.
5 of 9: You should remember another opening from Nico's last visit to the theatre.
6 of 9: The only way down to the sub-basement is through the hole in the floor, made when the safe fell through earlier.
7 of 9: Go to the dressing room in the basement, and move Nico down through the hole in the floor. Once downstairs, continue to the room where George and Nico earlier heard screaming and gunshots from behind a locked door.
8 of 9: The previously locked door is now open -- and it leads to Susarro's office. Enter the room, and explore around.
