It hasn't! What did I do wrong?
1 of 3: If you followed the valve-turning instructions I gave precisely, there's only one possible problem.
2 of 3: The game is set so that the last thing you need to do is open the valve that's on the pipes near the "secret door."
3 of 3: So if you opened it already, close it and then open it up again. That should do the trick.
