How can I make the statue safe to take?

  • 1 of 13: Once again, look around and then consult your manuscript page.
  • 2 of 13: The floor around the statue's pedestal looks like a map, and you can identify several places by clicking the eye cursor on them.
  • 3 of 13: Check the manuscript for anything relating to the areas shown on this map.
  • 4 of 13: Try the third Latin passage.
  • 5 of 13: George will deduce that the first area spoken of is Acre, the second is London, and the third is France. However, he's unsure about the fourth area.
  • 6 of 13: But you now know how to start solving this puzzle.
  • 7 of 13: First, find Acre.
  • 8 of 13: Then right-click on it and use the gear icon to get George to go over and stomp on it.
  • 9 of 13: Then do the same for London, and then France.
  • 10 of 13: As for the fourth map area, look around the map for something that looks like an island.
  • 11 of 13: How about Cyprus? It's an island.
  • 12 of 13: It's just a tiny bit "southwest" of the statue's pedestal, so find it and use the gear icon on it to complete the sequence.
  • 13 of 13: You can now click on the golden angel statue to take it safely.
