Secrets of the Ark: A Broken Sword Game Hints
Now that I know where the key is, how can I get it?
1 of 11: If you aim the cursor at the plant to the left of the apartment doors, you'll now get an icon for pushing the plant aside.
2 of 11: But if you try it, Brother Mark will stop you. You'll have to find a way to distract him.
3 of 11: Look around the limited street area you have access to. What might be distracting enough to get Brother Mark to forget about his broom and his sharp eye on George?
4 of 11: Have you tried clicking on or going near the car that's parked nearby?
5 of 11: Doing so will get you the useful fact that it's Brother Mark's car, and he's extremely proud and possessive of it since it was supposedly used by his favorite star in his favorite action movie.
6 of 11: How might you get him to go pay enough attention to his car that you can snatch the apartment key unseen?
7 of 11: Look around on the ground and the wall near the car. What are all those white spots?
8 of 11: They look like pigeon droppings. If you look around the street, you'll find several pigeons in various places.
9 of 11: Brother Mark must have to work really hard and really frequently to keep the pigeon mess cleaned off of his car.
10 of 11: So your plan is obvious -- get a bunch of pigeons to poop on the car so Brother Mark will have to run over there and clean it off.
11 of 11: After Brother Mark runs over to his precious car to clean it off, go click on the left potted plant to shove it aside and find the key you're after.
