2 of 6: No one is! So how did he "PSST" you?
3 of 6: Maybe he's talking through something, like a vent or other hole.
4 of 6: Explore the large circular depression in the center of the steam room.
5 of 6: Walk down into it to learn that Duane is talking to you from the other side of the large drain.
6 of 6: Click on the mouth of the drain's carving to talk to Duane.
