How can I get that ladder lowered from way over here?
1 of 5: Look around the roof for interactive items.
2 of 5: In about the center of the roof is a tall pole-like device.
3 of 5: Examine it to learn that it's an old satellite dish holder that the dish has fallen off of.
4 of 5: Examine it again to learn that it looks a bit like a catapult to Nico.
5 of 5: Maybe you can use the dish holder to "catapult" something at the ladder to knock it into its lowered position.
