Is there an easy, reliable way to get past the monks?
1 of 5: Yes, there is, and I will describe it as best I can below.
2 of 5: Success depends on you starting as soon as the area is "set" or "reset," so get yourself caught on purpose if you need to reset the area. (A reset will always put the patrolling monks back in their starting positions.)
3 of 5: What you need to do is run to the right just far enough to go through the hedge opening that leads into the garden area, then turn and run left to the wall. (Don't enter the garden "square" at all.)
4 of 5: Run forward along the wall until you get past the garden "square."
5 of 5: Quickly click on the door you're trying to get to, and keep running and you move toward it. You should be able to make it if you took the right route and didn't get snagged anywhere.
