Where can I harass someone?
1 of 9: Take a look at the list of the people up for harassment in the Organization lobby.
2 of 9: The maitre d' of the Homme Cookin' restaurant needs to be harassed. He'll show up outside his restaurant eventually.
3 of 9: Talk to him and see if you can harass him.
4 of 9: He's not going to do that until his lunch crowd goes away, and they're not going away any time soon on their own.
5 of 9: You need to make the restaurant a little less pleasant of a place to eat.
6 of 9: Maybe someone around can tell you how to do that.
7 of 9: Ask the kid if he can help you.
8 of 9: Get him the "ice cream" he wants, and he'll give you a stink bomb in return.
