How do I operate the machine on the lab table?

  • 1 of 12: You won't be able to use the machine in the lab until you've used the machine in the observatory.
  • 2 of 12: The machine in the lab is a holographic projector.
  • 3 of 12: Check your inventory for instructions on operating the projector.
  • 4 of 12: The instructions show a picture of the projector, along with some additional parts that seem to be missing.
  • 5 of 12: You'll need to place the additional parts on the projector before it will work.
  • 6 of 12: Follow the instructions to help you decide on the correct order needed to assemble the machine.
  • 7 of 12: The first thing is the amber disks that you found in the chest in The Distillery Cellar.
  • 8 of 12: Next are the mirror disks that you found in the same chest.
  • 9 of 12: Now, you'll need the raven statue.
  • 10 of 12: After the projector is assembled, you'll need one additional object.
  • 11 of 12: The instructions show a pink crystal at the center of the projector.
  • 12 of 12: Place MacFarley's crystal on the machine, and watch the results.
