The Cameron Files Hints

I hear voices, but can't tell where they're coming from.

  • 1 of 17: It is important to find the source of those voices.
  • 2 of 17: Move around and listen carefully.
  • 3 of 17: You should find that the voices get louder and softer, as you get closer to or farther from them.
  • 4 of 17: The voices are most audible from outside one of the rooms on the second floor.
  • 5 of 17: The room is located immediately beside the utilitarian back-stairs.
  • 6 of 17: The only problem is -- you cannot get inside that room, nor can you hear the voices clearly enough through the door.
  • 7 of 17: Maybe it would be easier to hear the voices if you were directly under that room.
  • 8 of 17: Enter the library -- which is located at the base of the utilitarian stairs.
  • 9 of 17: The gramophone playing makes it difficult to hear the voices.
  • 10 of 17: Click on the gramophone to turn it off.
  • 11 of 17: Now that it's quieter, try to locate where the voices are loudest.
  • 12 of 17: In particular, try near the staircase in the corner of the library.
  • 13 of 17: Focus on the top of the stairs.
  • 14 of 17: Turn around when you are at the top of the stairs, and face the library below you.
  • 15 of 17: Move your cursor around on that screen.
  • 16 of 17: You should find a trapdoor in a dark part of the ceiling above the stairs.
  • 17 of 17: Click on the trapdoor for an important cut scene.
