The game won't let me do anything with the trapdoor!
1 of 15: Do you see a red circle with a line through it?
2 of 15: The red circle indicates that there is at least one thing you will need to do first.
3 of 15: When Cameron left the upper deck of the ship, he said something important.
4 of 15: He said, "Let's see if dear Edmond is at our appointment."
5 of 15: If you recall from when Cameron received the tickets for the ship, he also learned that Edmond wanted to meet with him on the ship.
6 of 15: Edmond asked Cameron to meet him in the bar.
7 of 15: You'll have to go to the bar.
8 of 15: Talk to the barman.
9 of 15: There is one more thing that Cameron needs to see -- if he doesn't have a reason to go into the cargo hold, he cannot go there.
