I found the phone, but how does it work?

4 of 5: Check out the Faraglione area.
5 of 5: Use the "Jumping To" point: Tragara. Go down the stairs ahead of you. When you come to the first split in the walkway (by the Faraglione sign), take the right-hand path ahead of you. It winds down and around until you reach the shore (Porto di Tragara). Walk around the building on your right getting as close to the water as possible. Get the phone and use it on the water.
