  • 2 of 5: Have you thoroughly examined the card?
  • 3 of 5: It looks like there's something sticking to the back side of the card.
  • 4 of 5: It's a chip for the cellular phone.  Once you put it in the phone, this message will appear in the text window: CALL ENABLED.
  • 5 of 5: Now go to the shore by the Hypocom Office, dial the number, and use the phone on the water.
