A Quiet Weekend in Capri Hints
How do I get started?
1) SAVE YOUR GAME as soon as you enter Villa Jovis! This way, if you get lost, you can reload to the starting point and try again.
2) I strongly recommend that you print a copy of the postcard. This avoids a constant toggling between the "U'RE HERE" feature and the active game screen.
3) Pick a focal point from which to start. Some people found the large statue to be a good place to begin. I found the area (containing several partial columns) at the bottom left of the coded postcard the best place to start.
4) Take careful note of the maps of Villa Jovis that are posted throughout the ruins. They provide you with information about the area you are about to enter, thus helping to locate your current position.
5) Take time to get familiar with the area before you jump into pushing buttons. The more you walk around in here, the better your chances are to complete this puzzle. Just cruising the perimeter really helps.
