1 of 8: Win the race in Fortuna.
2 of 8: When you are ready to leave Fortuna, you must talk with Milo before you go back to your ship to leave.
3 of 8: Talking with Milo formulates the plan and lets him know about the decelerator you found in the floor panel of the tunnels.
4 of 8: This will enable you to win the race.
5 of 8: If you lost the race at Fortuna, Alachra will walk up to you in the Dyce Casino when you first enter.
6 of 8: If you won the race at Fortuna, Alachra's guard will appear in his place.
