    Effect: Acts as a hydro plant in every friendly city.

    Most experienced Civ players on the internet love this Wonder. You can't argue with them. This is one of the best Wonders you can get for 600 Shields. Hydro Plants cost 240 Shields to build and 4 coins to maintain, so when you look at the cost-benefit ratio for each option, it's clear that this Wonder is your better option. Rush-build it if you have to, but do build it before anyone else does.
