Civilization II Hints

King Richard's Crusade

  • Cost: 300 Shields

    Prerequisite: Engineering

    Effect: Every square in the City Radius of the city where it is built produces one extra shield.

    Effects expire with the discovery of Industrialization.

    I don't really like this one. Sure it increases production, but it seems that I've got enough production anyway, or better things to build. And it lasts about as long as a Destroyer would against a Battleship. Only build it if you're in bad production trouble.
