  • Cost: 600 Shields

    Prerequisite: Nuclear Fission

    Effect: Allows the construction of Nuclear Weapons by ALL civilizations.

    Effects do not expire.

    If you're far ahead of everyone else in the science race and love using Nuclear Weapons, then this one is a must. But if the others are also prepared for it, then you should seriously consider building SDI Defense instead and waiting for someone else to build it. The computer loves using Nuclear Weapons on your unsuspecting cities, so you must be prepared.
