    Prerequisite: Computers

    Effect: Counts as a Research Lab in every friendly city, effectively doubling your science output.

    Effects do not expire.

    Considering that Research Labs cost 160 Shields to build and 3 Coins to maintain, the SETI program is without a doubt the best Science Wonder available in terms of cost vs. benefit. You should build this wonder if you care at all about research.
