Civilization II Hints
Cities With SDI Defense
Cities with SDI Defense can be a real pain. The SDI Defense makes you hire a Spy to sneak in and plant a nuke in the city, also you have to be close to the city or only take out coastal cities. A word to the wise is to avoid nuking these if possible. There isn't much difference in what you build except that you build two Spys and only 4 Engineers as a minimum. It is advisable to try to take out as many cities as possible in the shortest time.
