Recycling Centre
A recycling center is just about the best improvement for cutting down onindustrial pollution. It will reduce the pollution caused by shield production by two thirds. Building this improvement in conjunction with Mass Transit will usually bring almost any pollution problem under control. By building a Recycling Centre instead of a Solar Plant you save yourself the time of having to research Environmentalism which is a dead-end advance providing only the Solar Plant.
