"Cryptic Identity"

  • 1 of 10: This is a riddle.  If you're playing in Brave mode, you have to solve an extra puzzle first.
  • 2 of 10: You have to solve this riddle.
  • 3 of 10: Some words have another colour.
  • 4 of 10: You have to select one letter in each line (except the sixth and the last line).
  • 5 of 10: Lines one through five, and line seven, have hints for the letters.
  • 6 of 10: The last line is a hint for the entire word.
  • 7 of 10: For example, the second letter is in "EMINENT", but not in "GREAT", so it's either an "M", "I" or "N".
  • 8 of 10: An additional hint: the word you're looking for rhymes with two lines in this riddle.
  • 9 of 10: The next line is the solution.
  • 10 of 10: You're looking for "KNIGHT".
