How do I work out which code belongs to which month?
1 of 9: There's actually two ways to solve this problem. Well three if making an educated guess counts as well.
2 of 9: It's obvious this papyrus alone isn't enough. Perhaps if we combine it with some other information.
3 of 9: Like that papyrus listing all the Chaldean months.
4 of 9: Or if you haven't found that, did you notice something else on the papyrus you've seen elsewhere?
5 of 9: Those numbers next to the second, third and fourth code.
6 of 9: Could these perhaps be the day numbers you can find on the calendar?
7 of 9: Hmm... that means the second, third and fourth code are the second, third and fourth Chaldean month. That makes things easy for us.
8 of 9: Today is the 208th day, which means it's the month of arasammu, the eighth Chaldean month.
9 of 9: That must mean the eighth code is the one we're looking for.
