How do I make a mold?
1 of 9: We could just press the figure into a lump of clay, but that would make a rather flimsy mold.
2 of 9: It'd be better if we could make a big tablet of clay.
3 of 9: Fortunately, tablet molds should be readily available.
4 of 9: And of course Akkad keeps everything close together, so let's just use the Tablet Mold lying on top of the clay.
5 of 9: Of course this just makes a mold of one side, and the figurines have two sides.
6 of 9: Fill the tablet mold with clay again, and use the figurine to make a mold of the other side.
7 of 9: Before we start making figurines, we'll have to do one more thing. If we put clay in the mold now, we'll just get one big lump of clay. We need to figure out some way of hardening the mold.
