Cleopatra: A Queen's Destiny Hints

What can I do in the hydra room?

  • 1 of 15: Let's just investigate the room. See what we've got to work with.
  • 2 of 15: That thing in the middle looks interesting.
  • 3 of 15: Iris! Maybe she's got an idea of what we should do.
  • 4 of 15: You should really know what to expect by now. Things are never as easy as you want them to be. Iris' captors have rigged the place so that if we make a wrong move, the lighthouse is destroyed.
  • 5 of 15: If only we could see which ropes are the ones that destroy the lighthouse. Maybe we can use the prism as a mirror to see them.
  • 6 of 15: Unfortunately, in its current position we can't see a thing. We'll need some way to control it.
  • 7 of 15: Did you see the rope leading upstairs attached to the winch? Maybe that's used to control the prism.
  • 8 of 15: It's blocked, wonderful! Let's see what the inscription says.
  • 9 of 15: Another riddle: "Three Gorgons guard the sun, call them and the light shall be yours." Remember reading about Gorgons somewhere?
  • 10 of 15: That plaque outside mentioned something about it, but the names themselves were broken off.
  • 11 of 15: Right, now that we know the gorgon sister's names, we need to "call" out for them.
  • 12 of 15: Of course when they tell you to call out, they actually mean something else. Remember the zodiac puzzle in the observatory garden?
  • 13 of 15: There's another alphabet ring here.
  • 14 of 15: That's right, you'll have to enter the three gorgon sister names (Medusa, Euryale, Stheno) on that ring. Just like the first time, only enter letters once and pay attention to accented letters.
  • 15 of 15: Finally the winch is unlocked and we can lower the prism. Now we just have to pull the right ropes to free Iris.
