How can I get the manhole cover off?

  • 1 of 8: First, have you really found the manhole cover? If not, read the following link.
  • 2 of 8: When you click on the manhole cover, Nick will say that he has to do something else first.
  • 3 of 8: Something that will loosen the cover, that is.
  • 4 of 8: A crowbar would be very handy right now, wouldn't it?
  • 5 of 8: There is a piece of bent iron shaped like a crowbar that you can get from an unlikely place in Nick's apartment.
  • 6 of 8: Get the Iron Bar and come use it on the manhole cover to loosen it.
  • 7 of 8: Now you can click on it to slide it away, revealing a ladder down into a section of the sewer system.
  • 8 of 8: Just move over the hole to drop down. To get back up, move forward while in front of the ladder and facing up.
